MirPsychology is an independent practice for internationals, providing regular therapeutic sessions as well as EMDR sessions. I put emphasis on the therapeutic relationship and the positive conception of human nature.
MirPsychology focuses on reprocessing and healing trauma, actualizing potential, overcoming inhibitions and more. With my clients I look at thoughts, feelings and habits that hold them back from living with joy now and achieving most important goals. I practise various techniques from different schools in psychotherapy — from EMDR and Rogerian Psychotherapy to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness. I believe that people know themselves best and have the capacity to overcome and to change, given the right space and tools. I can help people who are experiencing trauma or distress in a particular sphere of their lives and provide therapy for wide range of conditions. These include:
